To keep pace with our explosive growth, we are currently expanding our US and UK sales teams (Canada on track for 2013).  We are looking for a true brand ambassadors.  The ideal candidates will represent Intergi Entertainment to our advertising partners and act as a trusted advisor with a high degree of sales professionalism, integrity and product knowledge.

1. Meet and exceed Quarterly and Annual Sales Goal: Focus on building and maintaining territory ad revenue, and when possible exceeding goals through creative and strategic selling and new-business prospecting.


2. Partner with your existing and potential clients: Strive to uncover their business needs and leverage Intergi Entertainment to develop creative advertising solutions.


3. Focus on initiating, and developing relationships with key clients within a given territory.


4. Business Management: Diligently track and manage advertiser deal pipeline via Salesforce in order to accurately measure and forecast all developing opportunities.


5. Secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list or territory region.



Required Skills


• 4+ years of digital media sales experience.

•  Deep knowledge of digital media advertising trends, and  a track record of exceeding both individual and team quotas.

• Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally.

• Exceptional Communication skills – you must be able to clearly and effectively convey your passion and product knowledge in a polished manner.

• Display a passionate, pro-positive, and problem solving attitude.

• You must be team-oriented with a zeal for having fun!

• Overwhelming desire to win, and to continually improve your personal and professional skills.

Our growing technology team is currently seeking an experienced Flash/Flex developer. This person will work specially on the continual development of our video player. Our player is a customization of the Adobe Strobe Media Player and has been extensively modified to accomplish the functions that we need.


We are looking for someone to create more modifications as well as optimize the overall application. If you have experience with Open Source Media Framework or the Strobe Media Player please apply, we want to talk with you.

Ruby on Rails Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our growing technology team. This person will work closely with our Director of Technologies on special in-house projects among them and This is an ongoing contract and may require full time dedication but will start out as part time.


Required Skills & Experience:


• 2-5 years of Web development experience.

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong experience with relational data models, and MySQL.

• Database management (preferably MySQL but experience with other DBs is valued).

• Amazon Web Services development experience (S3, Cloudfront, EC2).

• GIT and Linux administration and usage.

• BDD (RSpec)

• Web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

• Experience with video is preferred.
